Pejman Salimpour has been engaged in the acquisition and management of real estate assets for over twenty years. Property classes of interest include Hospitals, Medical Office Buildings, Clinical Laboratories, value-add Multi-Family and Industrial assets. Dr. Salimpour serves as managing partner of Plymouth Holdings, engaged in acquisition, ownership and management of the organization’s real estate portfolio. Today, Dr. Pejman Salimpour serves as managing partner of Plymouth Holdings, engaged in acquisition, ownership and management of the organization’s real estate portfolio.

As President and board member of the Los Angeles County Medical Association between 2011 and 2016, Dr. Pedram Salimpour oversaw the organization’s real estate portfolio, cultivating market value on behalf of the organization’s membership.  Between 2012 and 2022, Dr. Salimpour served as three-time appointed Commissioner and President of the Los Angeles Fire and Police Pensions Board, with over $33 billion of assets, 10% of which was committed to various real estate investment classes. Today, Dr. Pedram Salimpour serves as managing partner of Plymouth Holdings, engaged in acquisition, ownership and management of the organization’s real estate portfolio.
